Program Development Improvement Coordinator

The PDI Coordinator has the primary responsibility for overseeing program development, compliance, data management and quality improvement services for various youth and family organizations across the nation.

Responsibilities

  • Develops program plans, policies, procedures and quality improvement plans compliant with state/federal standards and outcomes for licensing/contracting of foster care, adoption, residential, mental health, and/or other clinical services

Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent verbal, writing, computer, and organizational skills

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a social service field
  • 2+ years experience working in the social service field (supervisory/administrative/quality improvement experience preferred)
