PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT & IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR - Austin 

Legacy, Inc. seeks Program Development and Improvement Coordinator.  The PDI Coordinator oversees program development, compliance, data management and quality improvement services for various youth and family services organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Develops applications, policies, procedures, outcome measures, quality improvement plans and plans of correction compliant with state/federal/accreditation standards for licensing/contracting/accreditation of youth and family services agencies

Skills/Abilities

  • Exceptional verbal, writing, and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet research
  • Ability to solve new and/or complex problems with determination and creativity
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a social service field
  • 2+ years experience working in the social service field (supervisory/administrative/quality improvement experience preferred)

 ACCOUNTING/CONTROLLER - Austin

Legacy, Inc. is seeking an individual who is not just a numbers cruncher but who is ready to think outside the box and works well both with and without supervison.  The ideal candidate is career oriented and thrives in a fast paced environment.  He or she must have knowledge of AP & payroll processing, as well as experience in creating reports, balance sheets, income statments, and summaries.  An understanding of AR is a plus, as well as experience with Great Plains software.   Associates Degree in Accounting or 5 yrs of closing month end and year end required.
